The new wireframes (A2 and A3) are a version of A without the leaderboard (728x90) placement. In place of the leaderboard, IBe would recommend a display ad (300x250) in the right column above the fold in order to retain the best value for sales. This will also maintain a good user experience, showcasing the content on the left hand side of the page. Due to the flexible nature of the wireframe, BMG will be able to move the display around your site but we strongly recommend that at least 50% of this ad position is visible above the fold.
Items to keep in mind when reviewing a wireframe are the layout of content or ads in the header, functionality of the navigation, and column width. This establishes the base foundation of your site similar to the way a blue print lays out the plumbing and walls of your house. Modifying this structure after the fact could require additional expense. If you have any questions about the different variables, don’t hesitate to let me know.

I like A3, however,I would like to see the VIDEO component moved down below the ad, and an additional weather box (for 7-day or doppler, or daily weather blog) put where the VIDEO box is.
I think its important we have at least two weather components on our front page to reinforce the prominence of our weather brand.
Also, do we have the option to have the leaderboard ad ABOVE the header on sub pages?
A3 is my choice just the way it is. I'd like to see a quick and easy link to the weather video from the home page. Not sure if that would be on the left or right side though.
