Sales Team Spotlight

The KRCR Sales Team was given a daunting task for fourth quarter; this extraordinary undertaking is best described by this excerpt from Ariel Roblin’s presentation on how they would reach this goal.

“The Sales Team of KRCR / KAEF can be found in the Northern portion of the California traveling through the most treacherous areas. Nothing can stop them; from rafting the white waters to climbing the tallest mountains, not even El Nino can make them pause. They cover the target area in search of the most prized treasures: Businesses that understand the power of advertising on the number one television station and pay their bills on time.

The next mission is the most challenging mission they have ever had. They have climbed Mt. Shasta before and found the treasure, but never had they climbed MT. BONTEN. It is a Mountain that stands an extraordinary 1,335,000 ft high. Many have tried to summit and never made it to the top. In order to accomplish this we must have meticulous planning and a flawless execution. It will be a hard climb and in the end there will be little strength left, it will come down to will.

If they make it to the top of Mt.Bonten they will no doubt be exhausted in need of food and water. Here they will rest and be given water and food while they are evaluated on their climb.

Their treasure will be proportional to their ranking order of their evaluation.

After the evaluations are complete and the AEs have collected their treasures a helicopter will fly over head and drop down 10 pairs of skis as they ski down Mt. Bonten in victory!”

Ariel Roblin: From my first day at KRCR Liz has always been someone I have trusted and depended on as another leader for the team. She is often the fuel needed to ignite that spark when the going gets tough.

Amie Lozoya: Liz is our strength in uncertain times. She has experience and the leadership to be a central force on an accomplished sales team.

Scott Warriner: Liz has the strength of an anchor and the patience of a mother. A true asset to our team!

Penny Goll: 2 sentences???? Not enough!!! We all look to Liz for her knowledge and guidance. Don’t let that quiet demeanor fool you, she’s tough when it comes to sales. What I most admire about Liz sense of virtue and always wanting to do the “right” thing. A very rare quality in the world of sales. She “walks the walk”. Hopefully we can all follow in her footsteps.
